To fully unleash the flavor of our brisket rub, we recommend applying the seasoning generously to the meat and gently massaging it in. Then let it sit for at least an hour to allow the flavors to fully develop.
Brisket can be prepared using a variety of appliances, but for that signature smoky flavor, we recommend using beech, cherry, or pine smoking chips. The grill temperature should be around 120 degrees Celsius, and the brisket is perfectly cooked at an internal temperature of 90-92 degrees Celsius. To make the meat even more tender after grilling, let it rest in Seetal BBQ Butcher Paper for half an hour before carving.
