Our pulled pork rub is perfect for preparing tender and juicy pulled pork.
For best results, take a marbled piece of pork neck and rub it generously with our rub. Then let the meat rest, covered, in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Then you can preheat your Big Green Egg, pellet grill, or similar to 120 degrees Celsius. The meat will then cook for four hours at 120 degrees Celsius and then for another three hours at 90 degrees Celsius.
To keep the pulled pork nice and moist, you can add some apple cider if you like.
Traditionally, the pulled meat is served in burger buns and garnished with coleslaw, a delicious version of coleslaw.
With our pulled pork rub, you can create delicious and authentic pulled pork that will delight your guests.

Our blends contain no anti-caking agents or other additives. Therefore, it's important to shake them well before use to allow the spices to loosen up again.
