Our rib rub gives classic spare ribs a true taste experience. The low & slow method allows all the flavors to unfold perfectly. Before marinating, we recommend removing the silver skin from the back of the meat. Then, generously rub the meat with our rib rub and let it rest, covered, in the refrigerator for 6-24 hours. The marinated ribs are then slowly cooked for six hours at indirect heat of 120 degrees Celsius, for example, in a Big Green Egg or a pellet grill.
To create a delicious glaze, we mix BBQ sauce, apple cider, Seetal BBQ pepper and salt.
Our rib rub features a bold ginger flavor, accompanied by subtle notes of allspice and herbs. This combination gives your spare ribs a unique and intense flavor.

Before use :
Our blends contain no anti-caking agents or other additives. Therefore, it's important to shake them well before use to allow the spices to loosen up again.
